In June 1999, Ladismith Cheese was established, continuing this proud tradition. Initially, we processed 15,000 litres of milk daily, focusing on Gouda and Cheddar cheeses. Today, we've expanded to over 200,000 litres daily, producing approximately 700 tons of cheese and 200 tons of butter every month!

Our diverse product range includes speciality cheeses like Edam, Ladismither, Mature Cheddar, White Cheddar, White Gouda, and Mozzarella, as well as butter and milk powders. 🥛🧀
