- Heat butter in a pot over medium heat. Add the chicken and onion. Fry for 3 – 4 minutes, until the chicken is brown and onions soft.
- Add the butter chicken spice mix, garlic and tomato paste and fry for 1 minute, while stirring.
- Add warm water and cook for 15 – 20minutes, until the chicken is tender.
- Pour in the cream and cook for 1 – 2 minutes, until the sauce thickens. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Serve with rice or Naan and garnish with chopped coriander.
