- Preheat the oven to 200 ºC.
- Mix all of the ingredients in a large mixing bowl. Mix until there is no dry flour but do not overwork the dough.
- Grease or spray a small 20-hole muffin tray and drop spoonfuls into the tray. Tip: you can also use a flat baking tray and drop equal amounts of batter (heaped teaspoon each) evenly spaced apart.
- Bake for 10-15 minutes until golden.
- Allow to cool slightly, and then serve warm with Ladismith Salted Butter.
