Preheat oven to 180ยฐC.
Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to the boil. Add cannelloni and cook for 8 โ 10 minutes, then drain.
In a frying pan over medium heat, brown the sausage meat, drain and keep hot. In a large bowl combine cream cheese, Ladismith Mozzarella and sausage meat.
Stuff cannelloni with cheese and sausage meat mixture; place in baking dish. Pour bolognaise sauce over the top and sprinkle with Ladismith Mozzarella. Bake for 25 minutes, or until Ladismith Mozzarella is melted and bubbly.
