- Preheat the oven to 200°C.
- Punch the risen dough down to release the air bubbles.
- Line a baking sheet with baking paper or a silicone baking mat and sprinkle lightly with flour.
- Roll the dough out into a rectangle on the prepared sheet. The dough will want to be round, so do your best to shape it into a thin rectangle around this size– it doesn’t have to be perfect. Try to roll out the dough to no thicker than 1/2 a centimetre.
- Combine the butter, garlic, Italian seasoning and paprika in a small bowl. Brush over the shaped dough. Cover evenly with the grated mozzarella.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes or until the edges are golden brown and the dough is fluffy and cooked.
- Let cool slightly and slice into breadsticks.
- Serve as desired and enjoy!
