- Preheat oven to 180°C.
- Mix the flour and a dash of milk to form a paste.
- Add the mustard, eggs, salt, pepper, and the rest of the milk and mix well.
- Stir in the bacon, ham/viennas, and cheese.
- Pour into a small pre-greased pie dish or cake pan.
- Bake for 40-45 minutes until golden and a toothpick inserted in the centre comes out clean.
- Rest for 15 minutes.
