- In a bowl, combine the flour, yoghurt, and a salt.
- Knead the mixture until a smooth dough forms.
- Let the dough rest for 15 minutes.

- In the meantime, mix the mozzarella, tomatoes, basil, pepper, and garlic powder in a separate bowl.
- Divide the dough into 6 equal portions. Roll each into a ball and flatten it into a round disc.
- Place a generous spoonful of the mozzarella filling in the centre of each flattened dough disc.
- Fold the edges of the dough over the filling, sealing it to form a round stuffed roll.
- Heat a pan over medium heat and add a drizzle
of olive oil. - Place the stuffed rolls in the pan, seam side down. Cook for 3-4 minutes on each side or until the rolls turn golden brown and crispy.
- Once cooked, remove from the pan and let them cool slightly before serving.
